Second Class have been learning about bees and beekeepers! 🐝 They got to see the equipment a beekeeper uses and learned about how bees make honey and how it is gathered. We even sampled some delicious honey with Ms. Fox 🍯 We learned lots about Africa 🌍 We designed African necklaces for Art! 🎨
1st class are learning about the life cycle of plants this week. We planted some lovely plants today in the sunshine. ☀️ 🌼🌱
4th Class have been busy learning about houses in Irish this week 🏠
We explored different types of homes, learned vocabulary, and practised asking and answering questions through conversational Irish.

Special arrivals this week in Senior Infants 🐛✨ Our caterpillars have made themselves at home in the classroom! We’ve been busy learning all about the butterfly lifecycle and enjoyed reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar 🍎 🍐 🍓🍊
We created some beautiful butterflies during art and had lots of fun working together with obair bheirte in Irish.

Great day in Tullamore at the @fai Soccer County Final where the girls came 2nd. Thanks to parents Andrew, Ronan for coaching and Gemma for helping out @fai_county_offaly
4th Class had an amazing day competing at the VEX Robotics Competition in Ferbane!
From teamwork and problem-solving to creativity and innovation, it was fantastic to see everyone giving it their all and having so much fun along the way. 👏🤖
